PRIMEDEO PRO PATRIA

One of the objective of the Mateo Noriel Luga Foundation we envision is to honor great men and women of modern day, which touches the lives of many for others to emolute and to make families closer with each other. While most of our materials came from projects that our Project Director covered through all these years, we look forward for projects dealing with subjects about Mateo Noriel Luga, his deeds, place of origin and the Luga Clan in the future. These projects we have undertaken in the past would not have been possible if not for the patience and perseverance of a great woman by the name of Zenaida Rodrigazo Luga, to whom these projects are dedicated.

October of 2007 marks the end of one member of a family somewhere in Libacao, Aklan, by the name of Napoleon Arrieta. While his departure in this earthly world ends his physical presence, his journey to immortalization begins. PRIMEDEO PRO PATRIA, a story of Struggle, Love, Devotion and Service to the people immortalizes this man's deeds including that of their family.

For those of you who wish to document history as it unfolds, you may get in touch with the Gen. Mateo Noriel Luga Foundation through its Project Director. Your humble contribution to the Foundation shall propagate your advocacies for future generations to emulate.
